Come compagne e compagni di Renato, ucciso a Roma nel 2006 dalle coltellate di due giovani neofascisti, non possiamo che testimoniare tutta la nostra rabbia, solidarietà e vicinanza ai compagni e alle compagne di Göttingen. Alla famiglia del giovane aggredito da lame fasciste e in pericolo di vita, ai suoi amici e amiche.
Il clima di odio che spira in tutta Europa vede crescere il numero di queste infami violenze contro persone migranti, contro lavorat* in sciopero e ovviamente contro chi ai fascisti si oppone ogni giorno.
La responsabilità è di chi dai palazzi della politica inneggia all’odio e, mentre condanna attivist* e antifa, arma le mani di queste vigliacche aggressioni.
La responsabilità è anche di chi si volta dall’altra parte facendo finta di non vedere la pericolosa deriva che sta prendendo, nuovamente, la storia.
Abbracciamo i compagni e le compagne, ne facciamo nostro lo slogan: finchè ci sarà anche solo un fascista in giro ci sarà un buon motivo per essere antifascisti!
Ci vediamo a Roma a Renoize 3,4 e 5 settembre, dopo 20 anni, contro ogni fascismo, sempre con la stessa rabbia e lo stesso amore.
Against fascism, Never take a step back
As comrades of Renato, killed in Rome in 2006 by the stabbings of two young neo-fascists, we can only express our anger, solidarity, and closeness to comrades in Göttingen.
To the family of the young man attacked by fascist blades and in mortal danger, and to his friends.
Because of he climate of hatred spreading across Europe, it is growing the number of these despicable acts of violence against migrants, striking workers, and, of course, those who oppose the fascists every day.
The responsibility lies with those who, from the halls of power, incite hatred and, while condemning activists and antifa, arm these cowardly attacks.
The responsibility also lies with those who look the other way, pretending not to see the dangerous direction that history is taking, once again.
We embrace our comrades, and we embrace their slogan: as long as there’s even one fascist around, there’s a good reason to be anti-fascist!
See you in Rome at Renoize on September 3rd, 4th, and 5th, after 20 years, against fascism, always with the same anger and the same love.
